EE Rane, who did thousands of frauds on each of the step, even his date of birth & cast certificate is very doubtful, that’s why he is not giving this certificate in RTI, he fraudulently got promotion of EE from SDO without DPC, in the year of 2000 with help of fraudulent PS & secretary. While I applied many time in ministry, PS, Sec. EnC office of MPPWD Bhopal but since 2006, no one dirty corrupt replied it. He was working as EE, in Dewas, Dhar & Indore dn. 2 & 1, did a lots of frauds, in many state roads & govt. buildings in construction, repairing & maintenance, no one contractor paid proper royalty, state mines department loosed more than royalty of Rs.20cr. in last 14years in contract & work of Rs.2000cr of roads & buildings and swallowed more than Rs.500cr. and distributed more than Rs.200cr. to CM to PWD min., PS, Sec., EnC, local ministers, MLA, Collectors of all dist. Etc., while he converted works of Rs.500cr. in under Rs.2lakh, paid to small contractors according to choice while most of these work orders for only swallowing money with these tiny contractors. Even he played the same role in state assembly election of 2013 & in parliamentary election of 2014, he & collector Aakash Tripathi swallowed more than Rs.1cr. each, for arrangement of election, he made ramps, barricades on thousands of polling booths for polling and counting in stadium counting in Indore dist. Issued work order of more than Rs.5cr. they made single ramps in most of city, urban, semi urban & rural schools for handicapped for assembly & parliamentary election but charged for each election.
Recently he is holding post of EE in MPPWD PIU & NH Indore dn. made a hostel in place of building of ITI building in Indore, while blindly made payments by previous PIU DPI Y Bagole charge holding SDO Goutam and present Rane to contractor, 2nd he made payments of 50% less foundation in MTH compound hospital building, the same he is repeating in each building of schools, hospital, judicial, jail etc., in most of govt. buildings. requires wide & micro lokayukta check for his corruption.
