That dirty bustard Suleman transferred most of the roads of state highways to BOT contractors after getting big commission, both these dirty also transferred most of national highways to National Highways Authority of India, for pledging to BOT operators. Khandwa Betul highways is only 15’ wide single road only, but BOT contractor is collecting toll since 2006, Indore Ichchapur 203 km is only 27’ side, collecting toll since 2003, but both patties are still not filled & leveled with road after 6 year, there is no renovation in last 6 year, while there is clear terms, total roads will renovate in each 3 year. So there is no business for PWD Engineers around the state. That dirty cheater Suleman released Rs390corore tenders from HO, while it is meant for executive engineers of divisions, Agriculture Mandi Board is giving more than Rs800crore for Rural Road development, Central Govt. is also allotting more than Rs1000crores in Central Roads Funds, state fund is also Rs1200crore. Where is total funds of state roads? That dirty devil secretary Suleman, who is also MD of MP Road (Commission & plundering on road) Development Corp. want to swallow total in commission.
