Highly corrupt Dn. Deputy commissioner Gopal Porwal who is holding property of more than Rs.5cr. assessing cases 1,2, &5 no. circle of Rs.10cr.& above and collecting bribes of millions of Rs. while there is a limit of assessment cases up to Rs.20cr. for CTO, Rs.20 cr. to 100cr. for assistant commissioner and above than Rs.100cr. for deputy commissioner. So many consultants filed complaints against DC G. Porwal. AC Vinita Jais also collecting bribes of Rs.5 to 15000/- for each new registration, asking Rs.25000/- for assessment, she is not passing orders under deemed assessment schemes to hundreds of businessmen, the same is doing by Cir.no. 1 CTO Jyoti Mehta, Cir, no. 9 Ruby Soni, while in Anti Evasion Bureau wing A, ACTO Promila Karari collecting average Rs.50 thousand to 1lakh, she has been catching trucks, loading ricksaws, buses, and asking funds Rs.10-20000/- if truck or any goods carrier accepted her demand and paid her, than it is OK, either she is pulling them for imposing tax with penalty, the same is repeating by ACTO RD Jain.
