4400 km national highways, 28000 km state highways, most of heavy traffic roads are under BOT. On BOT roads, BOT contractors are collecting toll @50np with cars, Re1/- to 5/- with trucks, passenger buses etc., now see, in this game, while state govt. charging registration fee, 8% road tax, 65% taxes on each drop of petrol & diesel, than again on toll charges on moving on these roads. Of course, both these corrupts CM SRS Chouhan & Suleman are collecting lump sum amount in sanctioning estimates of 300% above of actual cost for charging high rate of toll, than yearly lump sum amount to. It is happening in MP state only for commission.
