NVDA CM, CS, PS & VC R Vaishy reappointing retd. Parihar 65 as consultant cum collecting agent after getting bribe of Rs.1cr.: Corrupt retd. SE BPS Parihar (65) who was holding 5 posts based on & for corruption, after several complaints & irritating Junior engineering staff, his services was terminated on 14.10.14, after 5 year of retirement, but his appreciating quality of corruption, collection of bribes funds & its proper distribution for their seniors such as CM SRS Chouhan, CS A Deesa, PS & VC Rajneesh Veshya after getting good royalty of Rs.1cr. all these corrupts are going to reappoint him as Consultant for 1year. Narmada Valley Development Authority is full of highly corrupt gangsters, whom are meant for cheating of public funds on name of development, Chief Minister cum Chairman Chouhan of NVDA who made several types of corrupt acts, blindly sanctioned RS.315cr. advances in Nov.08 in turnkey projects, but after 6year there is nothing, still sanctioning extensions to not only highly corrupt, fraudulent contractors such as BC bihani, Karan singh as Karan Developers, Som construction, Madhucon etc., & several other contractors of this department. From CM, CS, PS but also CE, SE, EE, SDO, to sub engineers, officers to clerk all are working only for corruption & swallowing public funds. In engineering department of construction of canals, dams etc., Mechanical engineers BPS Parihar who was retired in 2009 as SE, but since that time CM SRS Chouhan given him 10extension each of 6month and holding post of CE Mech., secretary, energy, grievances cell CADA & other etc., now he is 65 year old but that dirty, cunning, corrupt Parihar is again getting post of consultant or buying post of consultant in Rs.1cr., by tomorrow it is finalized by Cabinet members in meeting in Bhopal.
2nd coincide hundreds of SDO, subengineer who passed more than 25 to 35 years of services on the same post could not get single promotion in NVDA & its parent department WRD.
