Do not extend date of submission of returns, on advice of consultants, they made it joke:while there is no provision of extension in Income, custom & excise tax return dates, why this Commercial Tax department is extending date for returns again & again, these consultants made & treating this department as joke. Why these consultants taking cases beyond their working limit. That creates enough trouble to staff of Commercial Tax department, 2nd coincide states loosed its regular tax revenue.
These consultants are well aware, what they can ask with state Govt. state will follow them & extend the date.
