MP Transport department is not only highly corrupt, cheater but also highly fraudulent too. ARTO Archana Mishra Indore is handicapped who is unable to drive 2wheeler or 4 wheeler, not having her driving license, but widely issuing driving license & fitness certificate for car, buses, trucks, lorries etc., while she is legally not having power to issue such types of licenses & fitness certificate, but only for money, she is performing such types of all duties, because of she is getting minimum Rs.500/- for each fitness certificate, the same asked by Jour. Khalilullah of 6pm newspaper, she asked to some gundogs who attacked him on 14.11.14 by knife. On his hip.
While transport department given power to collect road tax to vehicle sellers, these dirty corrupt dealers are charging 1% to 2% extra charge for registration with Rs.500 to 1000 for agent fee, these dirty vulture dealers are charging extra penalty fee, internet online payment fee, web site fee, with penalty, I bought a Honda shine, from Kasliwal Honda motor cycle & scooter sellers on 13.11.14, on that time these dealers’ vultures not informed me, that fee can only remit by vehicle dealers, I reached to deposit this road tax to RTO Indore, I got that RTO closed their cash counters since Nov.13, so on 17.11.14 i.e., within 7 days I deposited Rs.4211/- at Kasliwal Honda on their demand. When he given receipt of it they shown Rs.401/-, why they authorized to collect road tax only for getting big commission from all dealers, even these dirty transport commissioner indirectly closed all cash counters in all dist. & regional transport offices, while these fraudulent agents are charging more than Rs.100/- per transaction, as Rs.60/- online charges & Rs.40/- for website charges, even for depositing of Rs.20/- or less than Rs.100/- these fraudulent are charging plus Rs.100/-. When RTI Activist V Chouhan asked the same, in writing, after 1year these dirty fraudulent are unable to reply him. Each RTO collecting Rs.20 to 40lakhs per day, in issuing regular route, tour etc. permit for buses, public transport magic, matador, passenger buses, for local, inter city & state permits.
At present vehicles fitness certificate is issuing by non-technical transport inspectors, on external basis while 2wheelrs, 4wheelers & other big automobiles vehicles should be certify only mechanical or automobile engineer, they can only decide external & internal fitness of vehicle from all corners, it is required to state govt. to appoint mechanical or automobile engineer for certification of all types of fueled powered vehicles.
In Indore RTO Raghuvanshi is passing his 2pm to 4pm with ARTO Archana Mishra’ room, leaving empty his seat. According to staff members, it is his daily routine. While staff cannot disturb him in this room.
