in this, they are swallowing more than Rs.1000cr. per month, even on allotment, clerical cadre of each section of min. & directorate of agriculture sharply deduct 1to 5% as their service charges or bribes for work of money allotment, it is past history of several years, these are funds of several schemes, projects, ISOPAM, seeds, fertilizers, insecticides, farm mechanization, Khet ka Pani Khet me, BAlram talab, advance seeds distribution, pulses production, national agriculture mission, biogas plant, hladhar yojna etc., meant for farmers’ welfare & agricultural development. Indore dist. Agriculture deptt. is getting more than Rs.25cr. while its 25% to 40% funds is swallowed by DDA Meena & their staff. The same with DDA ATMA Indore is also getting funds for Agriculture Training & Management, agriculture fair, study tours, while its most of funds is also swallowing by DDA. Recently they also organized agriculture fair, and Agriculture Rath to visit & train to local farmers, on very crucial time of kharif crop cutting, so it is not only totally failed but farmers not paid attention in their own villages. In this fair there was arrangement of dining of farmers, while its more than 40% funds swallowed by concerning officers. It is the same reports of Dewas, Ujjain, Ratlam, Dhar, Jhabua, Khandwa, Khargone, BAdwani, Alirajpur, Aagar, Shajapur, Mandsour, Neemuch, Bhopal, Vidisha, all 51 dist. In many dist. Most of chariots visited villages only on papers.
