Highly corrupt, fraudulent Er. Sunil Jain, who did thousands of frauds on each of the step when he was SDO in Dhar, & other places, suspended many times, many enquiries he faced with money spent cr. of Rs. in his total service period. That dirty corrupt & fraudulent passes his total office day time at his home with female servants & others, enters in PWD offices after 5pm it is his daily routine, and starts fraudulent work & conspiracies up to 10 to 1am in office, fraudulently when his enquiries were pending, he sent his own letter with senior’s signature to PWD ministry, and taken promotion of EE, than spent money and taken posting in Dewas, he issued tenders, as EE PWD Dewas Dn., of many roads & buildings and taken himself, and swallowed govt. money, and tried to divert his many frauds to DA Pishwe, he informed govt. his many frauds, than Govt. suspended him and attached him at CE MPPWD Indore office, after all he could not improved him self. Again he spent money and taken posting as EE MPPWD, PIU Dewas Dn
