MP State Govt. promised to their industrialists guest for global investment summit for freeness from major labor acts, and same published in booklet for terminating 16 following acts as burdens.

5.Interstate Migratory Workmen ( Employment Regulation & Terms & conditions) Act1979,
6. Labour Acts. (.Rebate in submission of Statement & maintenance of register )
7. Maternity Benefits Act1961,
8. Minimum Wages Act 1948,
9. Motor Transport Workmen Act1961,
10.MP Industrial Employment (Order of Regularity) Act 1961,
11. MP Shop & Establishment Act1958,
12. MP Labour Welfare Fund Act1958,
13. Payment of Bonus Act 1965,
14., Payment of Allowances Act 1972,
15., Payment of wages Act 1936,
16., Employees of Sales Promotion (terms of services) 1976.
Govt. offered for Industrial investors a scheme for freedom from labor laws which is as Voluntary Compliance Scheme, in which they asked to terminate all above 16 acts. That will be big cause of extortion of Indian labors.
Capitalists & industrialists are meant for extortion while these acts were meant for welfare & security of labors. After termination of these act, most of these industrialists even will not pay proper salary, and will take more than 9 to 12& 15 hours, without safety & security.
These dirty greedy political leaders, bureaucrats for getting benefits, commission, big bribes & other uses such as investment of their black money, increase of cost of land etc.,
