Dramatician IPM Modi, is unable to ask with their corrupt Municipal mayors, corporators, leaders, their sweepers for sanitation of city streets of nation, because of Atrocity Act, The cleaning of streets is the responsibilities of municipals & their sanitation staff.
Modi won that election with fraudulent tactics with Indian Abusing Service Officers, OK, accepted Public voted & elected Modi for providing good rule, controlling inflation, providing employment, eradication of corruption, not for cleaning streets,
It is not a sign of good administrator. There is 1250 mln. People, & millions of other work to do for them, for their future, not only prime work of cleaning street, If administrator will surrender opposite their workers, so what is need of workers, why public is giving tax to municipals for sanitation.
Stop Atrocity Act and ask to municipal workers for sanitising streets, if these workers are unable to to do their job, terminate them on the stop, if they go on strike, sent them jail.
