Highly corrupt & fraudulent MP Govt. Fin Min. Jayant Mallayya, for his personal benefit reduced VAT tax from 13% to 5%on cement & steel & others, and after that reduction of tax on cement, actual prices not reduced in the market and swallowed more than Rs.200cr. with cartel of cement and on steel, the same he did with goods for getting personal benefits. 2nd coincide he is also having his own Diamond Cement factory in Damoh dist. In this he is not paying proper royalty of several crores of Rs. per month since 2004, and the same he is providing benefits to other cement factories such as Satana Cement, ACC Cement, JP Cement, thousands crore of royalty is pending against them, but state govt. min. RAjendra Shukla who is sharing funds with all these cement factories.
Since last 10Sep. State Govt. treasury department is not paying cheques, salaries & other dues of public etc., because of only high cheating by ministers, bureaucrats, contractors etc., Fin. Ministry banned payments of more than Rs.1cr. CM SRS Chouhan is unable to control, he is enjoying rule in full swing, because of he got 3rd time rule, after cheating of thousands of crores of Rs. from all corners.
