For asking information under RTI, with MP Welfare Commissioner Jasmine Ali Sitara called RTI Activist & Journalist SK Bhardwaj on 12.09.14 used her power and arrested by police Jou. Satish Bhardwaj, chief editor of www.swarajyanews.com, daily SWARAJYA Abhiyan, that was preplanned conspiracy against him for not to supply information under disturbing Govt. work sec353 & others, but since that time TI Chouhan of Janhagirabad PS of Bhopal after 72hours, while there is clear law to produce arrested person within 24 hours. I sent information to CM SRS Chouhan & CS Antony D’souja, President Pranav Mukerjee PM Modi by email & to staff of CM by SMS. No one taken any action for asking TI Chouhan to produce his challan in Court of law. This is very common in India. Most of Govt. officers are torturing to Right to information Activist & Journalists in most of states in India, Indian Human Right Commission is also a big gang of bureaucrats, politicians & mafias. No one takes care of journalists, many journalists killed by gangsters and blindly police also supports to all these gangsters.
