Is subsidiary of British Tobacco Co. of Britain, and biggest manufacturer of cigarettes in India, so they are unable to ban production of cigarettes in India but planning to penalise Rs.20000/- smoking on public places. That itself proved dual mentality of IPM Modi. Penalty of Rs.20000/- on smoking on public places, will be a new source of earning of money for Indian police of all states, 2nd coincide young generation whom are smoking these will come under millions of police cases.
Gujrat is a parent state of IPM Modi, why he is not asking to ban produce tobacco in Gujrat, while Gujrat is a biggest manufacturer of tobacco in India.
