Our Bhopal Representative Jou. Satish Bhardwaj, who asked information under RTI with highly corrupt & fraudulent Welfare Commissioner Jasmine Ali Sitara of Construction workers of MP Labour Department, but she could not supplied this information, than he filed an appeal, in this appeal he asked to appear for hearing on 12 Sep.14, when he reached at her office, than she conspired and arranged police and arrested him for blames of he teased papers, while she is not only highly corrupt but also using funds of more than Rs.900cr. according to her choice, she did a lots of fraud that’s why she don’t want to give these documents, while total department even MP State Labour Commissioner is also well aware, but upper commissioner RG Pandey he who was looking this department also supporting her. That was purely preplanned conspiracy to arrest him for not to supply information. This is a sample of zero tolerance of CM SRS Chouhan, and arresting of RTI activist.
Where is whistle blower law of Govt. of India? 2nd coincide there is clear law in MP State, not to arrest any journalist without proper enquiry, but Bhopal Police arrested Jou. SK Bhardwaj, without proper enquiry after getting big money from this corrupt & fraudulent welfare commissioner JA Sitara.
