Total MPPWD is full of highly corrupt, fraudulent gang of engineers from E in C, approx. 10CE, 20SE to 600sub engineers all are collecting funds from all corners, i.e., from contractors. They are having 10to20% in buildings 15 to 40% margin in construction of new roads, while in case of repairing of roads may be 25% to 100%, margin, in many cases all B&R EE, SDO, sub engineers are swallowing most of funds, while on paper it is according to standard, it generally happens in rainy season from June to Oct of the year, in this line EE Rane highly expert who passed more than 3years in dn. 2 of Indore, and now more than 3years passed in dn. No1, while again he is trying to get posting in PIU dn. Of Indore because of there is more than work of Rs.100cr., in dn. 1 he collected more than Rs.100cr. within 3year, in this dn. There is work of Rs.400cr. he is blindly supporting to all fraudulent contractors of road & buildings, his most of staff from SDO to sub engineers passed more than 5to15 years in the same dn. But yet not transferred because of only corruption, of course EE Rane is distributing this fund from SE, CE, to E in C, secretary, PS to minister so no one is taking any action against him. EE Rane’s past record is not also good, he repeated same in Dewas, Dhar & Dn. No.2, while so many enquiries are pending against him, but he is distributing this loot fund to all, so most of officers, engineers are dropping his most of enquiries. While case arises in RTI, he does not want to supply any type of information. The same with SE & CE offices, these dirty vultures are also getting fund so unable to supply information, there is 2SE’s Patidar & Joshi who passed more than 5 years widely collecting funds from contractors & all EE of their jurisdiction, these dirty fraudulent trouble creators are restricting to supply of information in RTI for saving their frauds.
