K Vijayvargiya who is old friend of Suleman Khan Aajamgaria Dacoit, now PS of Urban Admin. in most of urban cities are buying central lighting system for lighting in cities, in this all these mayors, commissioners & CEO of municipals, municipals corps. are buying Chinese lighting systems of 10% cast of standard branded cos. it is not only in Bhopal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Indore, Ujjain, Sagar etc., 14municipal corps., 96municipals etc., they spending more than Rs.300cr. for buying of central street lighting, each Chinese lighting casting Rs.150/- while these dirty corrupt cultures are buying it on rate of Rs.1500/- each, an officer’s son in law of Delhi of urban administration is taken tender of it to supply all these central lighting in Municipal Corp. of MP state.
