In Dn.21 paid fake bills of more than Rs.10cr., In NVDa Dn. 21, since 2003 to Feb.12, as EE Aaragh was there he did a lots of frauds with contractor BC Bihani, M\s Dhyan Singh Ladda Ram Jabalpur, M\s Ghuge & co. Aurngabad, M\s Karan Developers Gwalior for Girbhar Distributory, M\s.Shyam Sunder Maheswari( M\s RN Tondon Jabalpur, M\s Ratan Civil Associates Nasik & many other contractors in construction of Indira Sagar Project Canals under NVDA Dn.21 of Sanawad, while 1992 Aaragh was working there as SDO, means he passed more than 20years in the same division. After Feb12, there was EE Kole, than PAraste, and Gupta paid escalation to BC Bihani of more than Rs.3cr. while there no excavation work did by Cont. BC Bihani, but not only they paid bills but also they paid escalation of more than Rs.2cr. to him in RD 41.250 to 58.858 km on that time Kole was SDO who checked bill & as EE he also signed the bills that was totally illegal. Than again he repeated in RD 58.858km to 64km & 64 km to RD 67km, in this case SE Badgotia also blindly sanctioned the escalation & paid bills.
It require Lokayukta enquiry. Against all EE Aaragh, Kole Paraste & Gupta & SE of Cir. No.8, CE ISPN canals shared this amount with contractor. While all these EE of dn.21 also swallowed funds of maintenance of 450 quarters of NVDA Colony of Badwah & Sanawad 2rest house of Onkareshwar & CE Sanawad campus.
It is also true fact this corruption fund is sharing by all from sub engineer to SDO, EE, SE, CE, CM, VC, ME, state minister NVDA. So no one is asking for unwanted payment of escalation, incentives, fake bills etc., while it is more than Rs.50cr.
