This act SC &ST Atrocity Act was made for social respect of SC & ST, but since 1990, it is against constitutional right of equality, beyond cast & creed. Now it is converted a tool for schedule cast & tribal peoples for terrorizing, threatening, blackmailing & collecting money from general category people such as Brahmins, Banias such as Jains, Maheswari, Agrawal, and Chhatriya such as Thakur, Rajputs, and Kayastha & others. In this case most of Harijans whom are working for sweeping streets, cleaning drainage, sewer lines etc., since 1990, it is commonly seen in most of villages, urban area, cities, i.e., in most of residential area, these people are intentionally jamming & breaking drainage lines, toilets lines, sewer lines of houses with mud, garbage, cloth, polythene & others, when residents ask to clean with these people, they threaten, abused, blackmail and ask for Rs.1000 to 10,000/- these residents, it is a very common practice, by this way daily collects 5000/- to 10,000/- operating buses, build & having many houses, maintaining their business etc., the persons whom are serving in govt. or private sector, not interested to perform their duties, ask for money blackmail their officers, owners etc., if anyone refuses them than they file cases under this act, millions of general people in which millions of officers, owners, are suffering due to this act. After 67 years, all casts which is under schedule cast & tribe, are now holding posts in govt. departments, ministry & private sectors, managing their own business having many general category persons under their employments.
All the states & Central Govt. administrators & ministers are well aware with these facts. Now IPM Modi can change
