In state Govt. departments Indian Abusing Services officers whom are holding posts of secretaries, principal secretaries and looking after posting promotions & all important work of policy making, torturing most of state general category officers and employees in their promotions even after 30 years of appointment, thousands of junior or sub and assistant engineers, draftsmen and the same in clerical category, are working on same post in MPPWD, MPPHE, MPWRD, NVDA, MPRES, MPEB, city development authorities, municipals, corporations, panchayat, etc., and officers & employees in tribal, treasury, W&CD, inspectors in health, mining, revenue, food & drug, food & civil supplies, agriculture, horticulture and in all state govt. departments, delaying most of important works only for showing their superiority. In WRD & NVDA hundreds of posts are laying vacant, most of juniors are holding senior posts as incharge on posts of assistant engineers, executive, superintending & chief engineers, but PS RS Julania is not promoting them on time.
While against vacant post even than they are appointing retired engineers giving them extension on same post are higher posts.
