IAS means Indian Abusing Services officers are not only cunning & shrewd but also highly corrupt & fraudulent. They treated them selves as supreme authority, they enjoys all types of facilities, such as promotions within 3years, perks, free vehicles for family, banglows, 10-15 servants, education for their children etc., while questions arises with state govt. depatt. Officers, employees these dirty vultures torches them on each of the step, even in promotions, state govt. officers & employees are not getting promotions up to 15 to 35 years, when question arises for promotions, before promotions they issues explanation, show cause etc., for breaking promotions, 2nd coincide most of Govt. departments are suffering by lack of staff such as thousands of clerks in all departments, teachers, lecturers in education, hundreds of inspectors in revenue, commercial tax, food & civil supplies, weights & measurements, police, education, drug & food, labour, industry, panchayat, municipals etc., engineers in PWD, PHE, WRD, RES, T&CP, thousands of doctors in health department etc., but these dirty devil ignoring all these basic requirements for proper operation & governance. At present most of govt. departments are working staff strength of 1990, while in most of govt. departments work is increasing day by day, it is 5 to 10 times increased in comparison of 1990, but these IAS officers are decreasing staff strength and not recruiting clerical to officers level. Even one side CM declares for total computerization in all govt. departments, while most of depatt. Are suffering for computers, printers, batteries, its operators etc., but these shrewd IAS least bothers for these basic requirements & pressurized them for completion of work. That is causing a big mental torture to state Govt. officers & employees in all departments.
In Commercial Tax deptt. there is lack of more than 300 inspectors, 200 ACTO, 100 CTO, 50AC, 15 DC, 5 Upper Commissioners, 1000 of clerks, total computers, printers are out dated, due to commission, after 5year TCS charged 10 times high comparison with C-dec for software, while it is not working properly after 6year, creating enough trouble to millions of tax payers & thousands of officers & employees.
