MP WRD is meant for development of water resources department, but its work is limited for only irrigation of agriculture lands and its production. Developing only ponds, dams, canals etc., MP govt. is unable to allot all types of development work of water bodies not only for irrigation but also for public drinking water and daily use and for industrial use. At present due to high cost of land Indore Dn. of WRD is going to close, because of there is no work, while there is hundreds of spots for development of water bodies in Indore dist., while municipal corporation, Municipals, MP Public Health Engineering department is looking after proper supply of water to public in MP state, PHE experts in urban water supply through pipeline & other related work, but always failure in development of big water bodies, there is thousands of cases in MP state of last 66year, they spent thousand of crore of Rs., and at last totally failed, it is story of total MP State, when both these departments taken hundreds crores of funds for water bodies, but after 3 to 10 year they could not develop any water body, i.e. dam, canal, pond etc., but most of fund their most of employees & officers swallowed. Again Mayor KM Moghe declared for spending Rs.280cr. for developing a dam on Choral river, just near by Choral dam of WRD, while most of engineers, staff and elected members of Indore municipal Corp. are not only highly corrupt, cheater, fraudulent but not professional engineers, experts, originally they are street gundogs criminals who threaten public and got elected membership of IMC, looks only money by hook or cook, highly careless too. Each & everyone looks only money, no one serious after all these illegal tactics. IMC can not do any work of this dam, so it is better to transfer total project to MP WRD, they are having a total professional team for dams, canals, ponds & other water bodies etc., of course, corrupt, but not such as Municipality.
