Today MP State govt. Fin. Minister Jayyant Mallaya produced his 1st budget, no benefits for poor class common men, but for getting high benefits from cement manufacturers, colony & land mafias, from Govt. purchase, he reduced 13% VAT to 5% rates of cement, iron etc., declared cementing of 5000km state highways. Fin. Min. Jayyant Mallyya having major share in Diamond Cement Damoh, while JP Cement Satna, ACC cement Katni, Birla etc., paid high commission for flourishing their business. While most of public was waiting for reducing VAT on fuel gas, petrol, diesel etc., of course they provided major share for welfare of farmers & agriculture development, but most of fund of this agriculture, not reaches in hands of farmers, it is swallowed by CM, CS, PS, Sec., ministers officers to employees etc.,
