Police is not meant for security of public, now police is actually meant for sheltering all types of criminals such as drug sellers, prostitute agents, terrorists, matka-satoriyas, IPL satoriyas, pocket cutters, theft vehicle cutters, scrap merchants, illegal gundog money collectors & all other types of corporate criminals for getting high bribes, daily, weekly, monthly etc., these are well known facts for not only court of law, but Govt., media & public etc., most of policemen from constable to inspectors, SP, DIG, IG, DG etc., are having criminal cases on them. We filed an application IG office Indore on 28.02.14 for getting information, but after 4month yet not any reply, when we asked , their PIO Bhadoria clearly refused to provide, information, and told me it comes under sec 8, 9 of this RTI act.
On night of 07.06. 014, at Farshi wali Gali, Bhagirath pura Indore, a hooligan Chugga, who was torturing a girl Roshni, when her brother protected he brought some 10-15 other hooligans and was creating ruckus, when some one dialed 100 no. on that no. that replied no such types of no. was in directory. It is old tactics of MP police department, even officially govt. locked this no. again that fellow called to sub-inspector Malviya of Bhagirathpura chowki, that dirty bustard asked many questions, but not sent police for controlling that crime, at last that dirty chugga & his gang broken head of Roshni she got 6bones fractured of her face, private doctors were asking for Rs.1lakh for treatment. and her brother. Even these dirty vultures are least bothers for terrorist activities, I filed 2-3 complaints against SIMI terrorists Parwej, having bike no. MP41 ME 0323, there is no record in transport office of Dewas, and Rijwan, residing at 299, Ambedkar Nagar Indore, in my neighbor whom are selling drugs, but no Indore crime branch, no MIG PS yet not taken any action against them. it is as very tiny sample. Even openly total police asked money for all type of work, even accepting written complaint. These dirty vultures of police department refuses 99.99% complaints, these dirty pigs shelters criminals for collecting regular money from them. There is no official control on them. These are official legal criminal gundogs, they would not to do any work without money. Indian Criminal Procedure Code also provides shelter to them. While it requires immediate Central Govt. direct monitoring, control & directives to approx.15000 police stations of India. The same directives also given by Supreme Court of India to all states in the year 2008, but yet not any state govt. taken any action on it. While most of State govt. do not want to do it because of no one state Govt. want to control police, because of most of political party leaders are also big gundogs & highly criminals.
IPM Modi Should pass a new law for monitoring, controlling & directly instructing, asking interfering State police for their ignorance, bribery, criminality, sheltering criminals, corporate crimes etc., the same is happening in UP, police is sheltering most of criminals, they are raping thousands of girls, killing them, even killed leaders, but even CM Akhilesh Yadav is passing words only.
So it is very necessary to IPM N Modi to frame a new bill, ordinance or act for monitoring, controlling, instructing, to state police against their own criminality, such as bribery, sheltering of criminals, producing of forged, useless, false or criminals saving records to Court of law, ignorance of public, etc.,
