DDA Meena Indore, who is working on forged cast certificate, his enquiry pending with SC &ST commission, since 4year but after spending money, Dir. DN sharma is saving him. He is highly corrupt he did a lots of frauds in Shajapur dist. When he was DDA there, he swallowed more than Rs.50cr. in different projects, plans of Ag. Department, now the same hi is repeating in Indore. Now for Kharif crop session, new license of cotton seeds asking Rs.50000/- renewal of license @Rs.35000/-. In Indore DDA office, Bhatnagar is looking after new & renewal of seeds license, in new Kharif session, for BT cotton, soyabean he is charging bribe of @Rs.50000/- for new license & asking for @Rs.35000/- for renewal license for Indore dn. Of course, its major share is reaching to DDA, Bhatnagar is collecting agent for DDA. They are doing the same for issuing & renewal license of insecticides, pesticides, fertilizer etc., within a few days black marketing will start on BT cotton seeds, a packet of BT cotton seed of Rs.600/- sellers will create its shortage & than will sell it @rs.1200 to 1500/- per packet. The same will happen in Dhar, Khargone, Khandwa, Badwani, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Burhanpur, Dewas, Ujjain Shajapur, Ratlam, Mandsour, Neemuch etc.,
