50% funds swallowed by Tribal Min., Commissioner, asstt. comm. & dist. collector & other officers.
Most of funds allotted to tribal department at least 50% funds, of tribal students for scholarships, hostel facilities, development, tribal development swallowed by CM, Tribal min., CS, PS , Secretary Commissioner Asstt. Commissioners of all 52 dist., collectors, CEO of Jila PAnchayat & other officers 19 tribal dist. of MP.In Dhar, Jhabua, BAdwani, Khandwa, Khargone, Mandla, Dindouri, Chhindwara, Shahdol, Anuppur, Alirajpur, Indore, Ujjain, Dewas etc., Govt. of India is arranging Rs.1.5lakh crore, MP state more than Rs.5000crore for tribal development. Asstt. Com. BD Mehta Dhar holding property of Rs.1000 crore in state & in country, who is only simply a statistical officer holding post of asstt. commissioners since last 15 year, swallowing 30to40% each year from state & national funds for tribal welfare.
We filed application at Dewas tribal office, under RTI Disst. Coordinator\ Asstt. Commissioner on 26.02.14, yet not any reply when on 02.06.14, we asked total corrupt staff was unable to reply. The same with Indore, Ujjain, Dhar office, these dirty bustards are unable to answer, 2nd coincide all dist. Collectors, CEO Jila Panchayat ae blindly sheltering them because of these dirty vultures are also sharing this funds. They are blindly serving scholarships to hundreds of fake colleges, schools & other educational institutions, on thousands of fake students, the same with atrocities act of SC & ST.
