Highly corrupt, totally lenient CM SRS Chouhan is unable to take strong & fast decisions, because of only getting corruption funds. He is overlooking orders of Supreme Court for promotions of general category officers & employees in most of state Govt. departments, such as MPPWD, MPWRD, MP PHE, Judicairy, Public prosecution, MP Women & Child Welfare, school & higher education, treasury, labour, MP Industrial Health & safety, NVDA, MP electricity generating, transmission, power supply cos., MP Agricutlrue, MP Horticulture, Sericulture, MP RES, revenue, MP Agro Marketing Fed., MP Agro., MP Health, Tribal, excise, MP Industry, Food & Drug, MP food & civil supplies etc., & many of others. General category officers & employees follows rules & regulation due to their education, status qualification, etc., while other reserve category officers & employees follows their instructions for corruption and over looks for rules regulations.
