Central Govt. is spending more than Rs.40000cr., in which more than Rs.15000cr. only for army, while there is more than Rs.20000cr. for J& K Govt. & more than Rs.5000cr. for local govt. of J&K for civil amenities. While what is revenue from & of J&K Govt. is not more than Rs.1000cr. why public fund which is snatching from total Indian public by Income, sale, service, custom & excise tax. What is need to spend Indian public money on J&K.. while question arsing with Omar Obedullah, he is only sheltering to terrorists for getting funds & status of special right for J&K under 370. If Omar Obedullah is not agree for dissolution of 370 stop funding for 3 to 6 months. And set an enquiry against corruption & improper utilisation of this central fund. While he is playing double game getting funds from Indian govt. while maintaining relation with Pak govt. Provide funds to only Indian Army.
