Under Parliament Election code, all the powers of CM&HO of Food Safety & Standard Act of India withdrawn by Election Commission of India and transferred to DM & SDMs in all districts of India. In Indore, SDM Meena, Soni, R Singh, R Kasera are using these powers of FSSAI and without written warning, all these corrupts are asking to Food Safety Officers of F&D Admin. to collect samples from hotels, namkeen, sweets, confectioners etc., and imposing small penalties after collecting big bribes, they are reducing it in some thousands of Rs.. by this way all these are collecting Rs.2t05 lakhs per day.
