Highly corrupt CM SRS Chohan for getting money & 30% share in coal blocks of Amilia of 1800lakh ton coal transferred owner ship to JP group, in this they given 51% share JP, 19% share of state Govt. & not cleared for 30% share, who is owner of this, surely it was the share of CM SRS Chohan. When Central Govt. asked about it, than these corrupt transferred 49% share to ACC Group of cos. in 4 blocks, while JP Associates having dues of Rs.124cr. & Rs.20cr. of MP Mining deptt. According CAG report MP state Govt. looses at least Rs.1.86lakh cr. on base price of Rs.1028/- per ton. While these blocks are having 103.5cr. ton coal reserves, many Indian mining cos. were ready to pay Rs.4000/- to Rs.5000/- per ton, means its market value was Rs.5.175lakh cr. that shown CAG also under estimating it by Rs.3.095lakh cr.
