On last day i.e., on 04.02.14, dirty devil CM SRS Chouhan extended 6month in enforcement of FSSAI, while Govt. of India Health Min. Gulam Nabi Aazad extended enforcement of this act on 15th of Jan14 for one year, but 3rd time elected dirty devil CM SRS Chouhan not extended it on that time, because of getting & collecting registering & licensing fee. He was pressurizing to small, medium food merchants, producers, packers, manufacturers for registering & licensing under FSSAI for collecting registering & licensing fee , and widely collecting total data of small footpath, hand cart vegetable vendors, tea, vendors to small big kirana, hotel, restaurant shops, manufacturers, packers etc., for selling this data to multinationals for getting commission from them to promote their business. One sided he was showing false sympathy with public and these small vendors, 2nd coincide his Food Safety & Standard Act Commissioner was terrorizing to state public, farmers, grain food merchants for registering & licensing their business, either all these will be punishable up to 6month imprisonment & fine of Rs.5lakh.
