Supreme Court in a writ petition, ordered in July 12, CIC should be from Judicial services, when Samaymaya published these hard facts, in month of July 12, most of information commissioners were using their will not working according to law & legal procedure, widely collecting funds and saving govt, officers, ignoring facts of appeals, even these commissioners are not also ignoring law, its intention of transparency in Govt. work, not punishing any one under sec 19(8) c, not asked any officer for reimbursement of claims under sec,19(8) b, for losses of appellants, but also openly threatening appellants for filing of appeals against Govt. officers for information, blindly passing useless orders for sheltering govt. officers for violating this RTI act. On this order of SC, CIC Iqwal Ahmed left his post from MP Information Commission. Since that time, total MP Information Commission was working without Chief & other information Commissioners. In absence of CIC & other commissioner, their corrupt secretary Parag Karkare & other officers were widely rejecting appeals without & with useless reasons. While corrupt & coward CM SRS Chouhan & his gang of ministers were not interested to appoint CIC & other commissioners, but on a writ petition for appointment of CIC & other commissioners, HC Jabalpur ordered for appointments, again Govt. Played a drama of tricks for appointing their favoring commissioners, released an advertisement, called applications, but ignored all applications and appointed their retiring PS KD Khan, who was due for retirement on 30June 14, while he is an Indian Abusing Service Officer, a retired IAS HL Trivedi, an IPS SR Singh who is due is due to retire on 30.04.14, 4th & 5th commissioner JK Sharma & Aatamdeep from Journalism, no one from Judicial Services, means these appointments are only for formalities for saving their own frauds, not to ask for information. Claims of transparency of CM SRS Chouhan is only a drama, he obliged his own near dears for providing govt. facilities and saving our own corrupt skin.
