Kapil Sibbal changed total education system in CBSE, these dirties are introducing open book examination system in India, very soon it will start in all more than 50000 CBSE schools, so no need to remember lesions, chapters, formulas, theorems etc., in this way, young students will leave study, reading of books, attend classes etc., and come on standard of US. When Indian students will follow exam systems & trend of US, than after Indian students will be unable to compete US students.
