In total MP state there is 51 dist., in these dist. There is only 38 CMHO’s are working, while 25 CMHO are holding charge of CMHO, these are not confirmed, so they are freely swallowing public funds of at least 72 schemes, in which 12 schemes of Central Govt. & some of WHO, such as UNICEF. In Central Schemes of NRHM & RCH there is more than Rs.15 to Rs.25cr. in each dist. While its 50 to 75%funds is swallowing by the staff to CMHO of NRHM & RCH but it is in direct control of CMHO, who is swallowing more than Rs.2 to 3cr., of medicines & other hospital material, in all payments of Janani Surakhsa, he is asking more than 10%commission, the same with Deendayal Gramin Swasthya Yojana, while these bastard CMHO are eating in more than 15 schemes, such as Malaria, Blindness, leprosy, AIDS, Vaccination, Nurses training, etc., he is getting more than 40% commission in all types of purchase, such as drugs, medicines, injections, hospital materials etc., in vehicles 20 to 25% in fuel, repairing, etc., so these cunnings are unable to provide RTI information,
