so all these dirty corrupts are keeping mum, increasing rates of 7%toll each year in place of 3year. MP state Govt. pledged total roads under BOT to Contractors, while these contractors are unable to follow up all basic terms & conditions of agreements, not maintaining proper roads, roads security, no barricades on deepen sides of roads. For saving their all corrupt acts, all these contractors are paying salaries to DM Tentwal of Dn.1, DM Borasi of Dn. 2 of Indore, to DM Suryavanshi of Ujjain dn. GM PD Vaishya Etc., to MD Vivek Agrawal of MP RDC Bhopal. So no one is asking any question for proper road maintenance, safety & security. Most of BOT roads contractor are only interested in collecting of toll, while all these dirty corrupt contractors are not maintaining, repairing and renovating roads according to requirement and terms & conditions. 2nd coincide these dirty vultures of MPRDC & State Govt. both are cheating to public and charging toll on single & 2 lane roads, while Min. of Surface Transportation, Govt. of India clearly mentioned no toll on single, 2lane roads, toll can only charge on 4lane or 6lane roads. It proves that state & its MPRDC are fraudulently given these single & 2lane roads to BOT contractors for getting money from contractors while more than 70% roads of BOT are only single & 2lane, remaining 30% roads are only 4 lane but all these 4 lane roads are also not properly maintaining & renovating by BOT contractors, because of they are paying monthly bribes to all officers of this MP RDC.
